We all have challenges in life, no matter where we are born, and in what conditions we are raised; success never comes easy. I had to work very hard to get where I am today, and had to take tough decisions at different stages of my life; professional and personal decisions, but at the end of the day, this is what makes us what we are. I haven’t always made the most correct decisions, but I was always taught: “it is better to take a wrong decision than not to decide at all”. We are all different, and all of us have taken, and will take different decisions that will lead to our success, or our failure. This Foundation was created to help you make your first big professional decision in life; to help you chose and train you for your first job, which might be the one for the rest of your life. I have learned many things in my professional career, and I know how important is the first hand, or the first advice when you don’t know what to do with your career. This is the purpose of our existence; to give you a hand when you most need it, and to give you the first push so you can all chose the most suitable professional life for you, but always remember, without hard work, no career is sustainable and there is no success, so my first advice is: “Stop saying I wish & start saying I will”.
